Back when I was 16 years old one day I clicked on the T.V. and there was wrestling on. I wasn’t a real big fan of wrestling, because I knew it was choreographed, and most wrestlers were fat, or semi-muscular. But this particular time, I saw Tony Atlas! At the time my friends were all smoking, or smoking pot, and dropping out of school. I didn’t smoke, but they were bad influences. Once I saw Tony Atlas I knew for a fact that is what I wanted to look like. It was a defining moment in my life. Now 28 years later, I still to this day train, and live a healthy life style. I was lucky to befriend Tony and I am hoping this year to fly out to where he lives and train with him. To this day he is the best-built wrestler that ever stepped into a ring, and had a physique that was amazing. Even by today’s standards! John F. DiLauro, Jr. (born October 06, 1967) is a national level professional bodybuilder. John’s first competition in bodybuilding was in 1995 when he competed in the Team Univernal Natural Classics.

He currently lives in Southern Hills (Las Vegas), Nevada, USA. John has spent 20 years dedicated to sports nutrition.
